📋 Description

• Develop, document, and uphold global design standards, patterns, and guidelines for omnichannel content (both modular and long-form), ensuring flexibility for local market requirements.

• Create and enhance a comprehensive design system that encompasses brand representation, motion principles, accessibility, localization, and compliance with content regulations.

• Establish quality benchmarks, review processes, and acceptance criteria; facilitate design reviews for significant initiatives and campaigns.

• Design scalable workflows for content production across global and local studios, covering aspects like intake, briefing, modular production, quality assurance, and versioning.

• Define roles, responsibilities, and service level agreements for design processes; enhance end-to-end throughput in collaboration with GBS and Content Operations.

• Develop playbooks, templates, and reusable elements to minimize rework and speed up delivery.

• Lead pilot programs and the adoption of AI-assisted design workflows (such as content generation, versioning, semantic search, and rapid prototyping) with a focus on quality, ethics, and compliance.

• Introduce and standardize the use of advanced tools like 3D modeling, real-time engines, augmented reality, and motion systems; integrate these into content pipelines.

• Act as a subject matter expert across various asset types (static, motion, interactive, 3D/AR, email, web, social, in-field materials, and modular content components).

• Resolve intricate design and production issues related to file architecture, color management, accessibility, performance, device compatibility, and localization.

• Mentor studio teams on advanced techniques, non-destructive workflows, and efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with Client GBS, Commercial, and Omnichannel Excellence to align standards with business objectives, platform capabilities, and measurement frameworks.

• Establish key performance indicators for design quality, cycle time, reuse rates, localization speed, and content performance; create feedback mechanisms to iterate on standards.

• Perform audits and maturity evaluations across markets; prioritize improvement plans and disseminate insights globally.

• Maintain a roadmap for design standards, tools, and capability enhancement; report progress to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in design for omnichannel content, including leadership roles in multi-market or above-market programs.

• Proven success in building and managing design systems or standards in intricate, regulated environments; experience in pharma/healthcare is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of advanced creative technologies: 3D modeling/animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D), real-time engines (e.g., Unity/Unreal), AR frameworks, and motion design.

• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled design workflows and tools (e.g., image/video generation, layout assistants, asset tagging, component libraries).

• A portfolio that highlights systems thinking, high-quality craftsmanship, and measurable impact at scale.

🏝️ Benefits

• Occasional travel to global and priority local markets for assessments, onboarding, and training.
