Design Engineer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You are a creator who approaches problems with a systems mindset and delivers production-quality code.

• Collaborate with a design engineer to take ownership of the connection between design vision and the final user experience.

• Develop and enhance the design system through code implementation.

• Elevate the standard of UI that is released.

• Create tools and workflows to accelerate the pace of the design and engineering teams.

• Maintain design system consistency across both Figma and code.

• Guarantee UI quality throughout the product, focusing on transitions and accessibility.

• Work closely with product designers and engineers for effective collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in creating production-ready frontend code for intricate, component-based applications.

• Extensive proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern CSS (we utilize Tailwind).

• A portfolio or collection of work showcasing both your technical expertise and design sensitivity.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing design systems in production environments, not just within Figma.

• Familiarity with microfrontend architectures, Vite, and composition APIs is a plus.

• A proven history of developing internal tools, enhancing developer experiences, or automating workflows.
