Design Engineer – Fluid Systems, Line Routing, Production CAD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain 3D fluid line pathways within intricate vehicle structures utilizing CREO.

• Route tubing, flexible lines, and rigid fluid conduits for propellant, pressurant, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or purge systems.

• Create comprehensive 2D engineering drawings for fluid lines, tube assemblies, and related fluid system components in .drw format.

• Ensure that drawings are fully prepared for review and suitable for manufacturing release.

• Assist the CAD team in establishing the design baseline for production release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.

• 3–8 years of experience in aerospace or defense engineering design, with proven proficiency in CREO.

• Practical experience in 3D line routing and tube assembly modeling within CREO.

• Background in generating complete 2D engineering drawings in .drw format.

• Knowledge of fluid system components such as tubing, fittings, flexible lines, clamps, and supports.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to produce deliverables that are ready for review and release.
