Design and Project Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop schematic floor plans for tenant improvements as requested by prospective tenants.

• Create visual renderings for enhancements to building exteriors and interiors.

• Design tenant improvement plans and/or generate a complete set of drawings for permitting purposes.

• Prepare essential architectural construction details.

• Collaborate closely with tenants to ensure their spaces meet brand standards, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

• Establish and uphold design standards to ensure uniformity across various locations.

• Convert existing PDF/JPG floor plans, site plans, and designs into functional CAD documents.

• Offer additional assistance to the leasing team as required.

• Manage budgeting, contractor negotiations, and cost-effective strategies to enhance project efficiency.

• Aid the Construction Team in tracking project timelines and budgets.

• Ensure accuracy and promptness in processing construction invoices, purchase requests, and orders.

• Design visually engaging presentations, marketing materials, and reports.

• Contribute to branding initiatives through high-quality graphic design work.

• Assist in updating and maintaining the design of the Company website as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.

• Must hold a Registered Licensed Architect designation in the Philippines.

• Experience with a U.S.-based construction, architectural, or real estate firm is essential.

• 7-10 years of full-time professional experience.

• Strong understanding of technical documentation, including permit sets, construction drawings, and compliance with codes.

• Knowledge of U.S. building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting procedures is necessary.

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.

• Excellent English communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
