Design Advisor, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia.

📋 Description

• Develop top-notch, customer-centric visual solutions customized to align with each brand's distinct identity and business objectives.

• Collaborate directly with clients through phone, video, chat, messaging, and email—steering them through design choices and confidently presenting concepts.

• Analyze briefs, investigate customer requirements, and produce refined designs that harmonize artistic innovation with commercial goals.

• Advise clients on design best practices, layout enhancements, and Vista’s product offerings to elevate their projects.

• Engage with a diverse global network of designers to exchange ideas, take part in design critiques, and gain insights from colleagues across various cultures.

• Maintain a curious mindset and continually broaden your knowledge of Vista's products and contemporary design tools (including AI-enhanced workflows).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience (or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling).

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Capability to assess customer briefs and convert feedback into innovative design solutions.

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively in German (both written and spoken).

• Flexibility to accommodate different schedules as business requirements change.

• Either one year of proven graphic design experience or a novice with a solid portfolio.

• Proficiency in an additional language alongside German is highly desirable. This could include French, Italian, Spanish, English, Portuguese, or any other language that supports our global clientele.

• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Gemini, Nano Banana, or similar) to inspire design, ensure accurate interpretation of customer requests, and enhance overall design quality while preserving human creativity and judgment.
