This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, and operations teams to enhance and support core technologies in the hospitality industry.
• Provide assistance for solutions related to Parking Technology, Digital Keys, and Electronic Locks.
• Engage in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects.
• Conduct technical testing in laboratory settings and validate integrations prior to deployment.
• Aid in Go-Live processes, offering technical support during property rollouts.
• Investigate and prioritize incidents, defects, and technical requests.
• Execute root cause analyses for technical and integration challenges.
• Facilitate integrations between hotel systems, digital platforms, and access devices.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and international partners.
• Document architectures, technical processes, integrations, operational procedures, and solutions utilizing Confluence.
• Manage and monitor activities, incidents, and requests through Jira.
• Be involved in change and release processes, including submissions to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Provide support for user and technical team training during new deployments.
• Operate in KTLO (Keep the Lights On) operations, ensuring service continuity.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reliability, performance, and availability of solutions.
• Assist in analyzing technical requirements and converting business needs into scalable solutions.
• Function within an Agile environment, participating in ceremonies, planning, tracking, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with distributed international teams, working in alignment with Eastern Time (ET).
• Demonstrated experience in Hospitality Technology.
• Practical experience with hotel electronic locks.
• Familiarity with Digital Key / Mobile Key technology.
• Background in integrating systems, devices, and platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Acquainted with Agile work environments.
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
• Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Capability to perform technical testing, deployment, and solution support.
• Experience in environments with multiple integrations and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with professional communication skills for interactions with teams in the United States.
• Availability to work in alignment with Eastern Time (ET).
• Nice to have: experience in technology projects within hotels, resorts, or the hospitality sector.
• Nice to have: experience with electronic locks and hotel lock vendors.
• Nice to have: knowledge of protocols and APIs utilized in access control systems.
