This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop modern web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, emphasizing quality, scalability, and ongoing maintenance.
• Create high-performance, responsive interfaces utilizing React, ensuring an excellent user experience.
• Engage in hypothesis studies and technical discovery, supporting the Product team in the evolution of functionalities and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to best engineering practices, including testing, code review, and technical standardization.
• Work with client-side and server-side state management in complex applications.
• Consume and integrate REST APIs in collaboration with backend teams, focusing on performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to the evolution of Design Systems, promoting reuse and visual consistency.
• Assist the User Support team in investigating and resolving technical incidents.
• Actively participate in agile rituals such as daily stand-ups, technical refinements, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of front-end architecture, processes, and the technical quality of the team.
• Strong experience in modern front-end development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Advanced experience with React.
• Knowledge of Next.js and Tailwind CSS will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a focus on responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience.
• Experience with client-side and server-side state management.
• Familiarity with consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with Design Systems, including the creation of reusable components and design tokens.
• Experience in code review and Pull Request (PR) workflows.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• An analytical, collaborative profile with a focus on technical quality.
