Desenvolvedor Sênior Backend / Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance APIs, backend services, and integrations with external systems;

• Engage in projects involving AI applied to customer service, automation of workflows, CRM, e-commerce, and channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, RCS, and messaging APIs;

• Create and maintain integrations with ERPs, payment gateways, order management systems, e-commerce platforms, and third-party services;

• Participate in the evolution of internal products, such as omnichannel platforms, Unified Bank, intelligent search systems, and commercial automations;

• Support decisions regarding architecture, data modeling, performance, security, and scalability;

• Work on applications that demand high performance, parallelism, asynchronous processing, and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests;

• Conduct code reviews, approve pull requests, and provide technical guidance to the team;

• Diagnose production issues, analyze logs, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrections;

• Improve technical standards, documentation, code organization, and best practices;

• Assist with testing, approvals, deployments, and integrations with clients and partners;

• Contribute to the technical evolution of products, ensuring greater stability, security, predictability, and quality in deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Node.js

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with TypeScript

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Docker and development in containerized environments

• Practical knowledge of AWS

• Solid experience in the development and maintenance of REST APIs

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Knowledge in data modeling, queries, indexes, and performance optimization

• Experience with external integrations via API, webhooks, authentication, tokens, OAuth, or similar models

• Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and versioning workflows

• Knowledge in CI/CD, preferably with GitHub Actions or similar tools

• Experience with production systems, log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution

• Knowledge in scalable architecture, parallel processing, concurrency, queues, or asynchronous processing

• Solid understanding of API security, including input validation, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, SSRF protection, and best practices for endpoint exposure.
