📋 Description

• Define technical solutions of low to medium complexity for new products and features.

• Map dependencies between technical teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in building solutions.

• Serve as a technical reference, supporting the team with business and technology knowledge.

• Analyze and propose configurations in modules and systems, assessing impacts and ensuring compliance with requirements.

• Raise, map, and optimize processes and systems alongside business areas, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

• Validate medium complexity implementations prior to deliveries, ensuring quality and compliance.

• Interact with external vendors for demand analysis, technical alignment, and monitoring adjustments.

• Assist in gathering and detailing business and software requirements, transforming needs into systemic solutions.

• Contribute to the creation of functional documentation, business requirements, and user stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in deployment and evolution projects for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Named Credentials and External Services.

• Experience with Lightning Pages and Record Layout configuration.

• Proficient in Objects, Fields, Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and access control.

• Experience with business process automation using Flows and Approvals.

• Knowledge in REST integrations, HTTP Callouts, and development with RestResource.

• Experience with asynchronous processing (Future Methods, Queueables, Batch Apex, and Schedulables).

• Development experience using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura Components, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Scratch Orgs and the Salesforce development cycle.

• Experience with Git, GitLab, and resolving merge conflicts.

• Application of development best practices, Clean Code, design patterns, and software architecture.
