• Assessment of user needs to resolve inquiries and issues in collaboration with the technology team;

• Direct communication with candidates to provide a more personalized service;

• Development, consolidation, and management of efficiency and quality KPIs for customer service;

• Ownership mentality: individuals who can fully take responsibility for a crucial pillar of Gupy;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sharp critical analysis, and a mindset focused on customer needs;

• Advanced Excel proficiency;

• Availability of 6 hours per day, with flexible hours;

• Experience with programming and/or website creation is a plus.
