• Your mission will be to ensure that our systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably, with deliveries consistently focused on customer value.

• **Summary of job responsibilities:**

• Participate in the development of new features and maintain the Prosoft ecosystem.

• Focus on continuous professional growth and uphold the quality standards of our products.

• Be responsible for programming in the department's languages and provide technical product support when necessary.

• **Activities:**

• Develop software using the company's programming languages (Delphi, C# .NET, and Visual Basic 6 - VB6), adhering to project specifications and implementing functionalities as per established requirements;

• Analyze and rectify potential bugs in the systems;

• Test the developed software, ensuring its quality and coverage as defined in the project;

• Ensure optimal performance in system routines;

• Bring forth new ideas and improvements aimed at adding more value to the systems;

• Participate in team meetings to understand projects and review functional specifications;

• Provide time estimates for project development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing desktop applications using Delphi 2007 or later versions, focusing on VCL, components, and services;

• Strong understanding of programming logic;

• Experience in impact analysis and requirements gathering;

• Knowledge in development with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server and PostgreSQL);

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and unit testing;

• Application of best practices in software development;

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD practices;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.

• **Differentials:**

• Practical experience with AI/LLMs, demonstrated in one of the following ways:

• - Integration: Developed features that integrate with language model APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI API);

• - OR Productivity: Advanced and daily use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS Q Developer, Kiro) to optimize code.

• Experience in C# for Desktop, utilizing Object-Oriented Programming, software testing, impact analysis, and requirements gathering;

• Experience and/or familiarity with development in Visual Basic 6 (VB6);

• Experience in web development;

• Knowledge in consuming RESTful APIs;

• Knowledge in non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB);

• Knowledge in cloud services, especially Azure.
