Desenvolvedor Mobile – Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using the Flutter Framework and Dart language.

• Create new features while ensuring technical quality, stability, performance, and usability.

• Engage in the maintenance and evolution of applications that are live in production.

• Ensure the implementation of best development practices and technical standardization.

• Assess the current architecture of applications and suggest structural improvements.

• Identify opportunities for scalability, optimization, and technological advancement.

• Support technical decisions related to architecture, integrations, and product growth.

• Contribute to the technical sustainability of solutions and the continuous improvement of development processes.

• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, promoting performance enhancements.

• Ensure stability and quality of the user experience.

• Address complex problems and conduct high-criticality technical analyses.

• Assist with investigations and troubleshooting of production incidents.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile and cooperative environment.

• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Share knowledge and support the technical development of the team.

• Ensure alignment between developed solutions, product objectives, and business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in development using Flutter.

• Solid experience with the Flutter Framework and Dart language.

• Experience with applications that have been published and maintained in production.

• Knowledge of software architecture and structural improvement of applications.

• Experience with performance optimization and scalability of mobile systems.

• Background in working within multifunctional squads and agile environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Advanced knowledge of Flutter and Dart.

• Mastery of software architecture and best development practices.

• Knowledge of publishing, monitoring, and maintaining mobile applications.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Ability to utilize artificial intelligence tools to support development, with critical judgment and technical validation.

• Strong analytical skills and capability to solve complex problems.

• Autonomy in making technical decisions.

• Clear and assertive communication skills.
