• As a Full Stack Specialist Developer, you will play a strategic and technical role, responsible for:

• - **Participating in the definition of objectives** and team deliverables, while planning and organizing the necessary activities to achieve these goals;

• **What do you need to have or know?**

• For this challenge, we are looking for a profile with a solid technical foundation and architectural vision. It is essential that you possess:

• - **Experience in Digital Squads:** Background in agile environments, focusing on business objectives and continuous delivery.

• - **Back-end Mastery:** Advanced experience with **Node.js**, building microservices and consuming RESTful APIs.

• - **Front-end Expertise:** Solid experience with **React.js**, along with experience in building BFFs (*Backend for Frontend*) and micro-frontends.

• - **Software Engineering:** Proficiency in best practices such as **SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code**.

• - **Architecture and Messaging:** Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture (**Kafka, SQS or RabbitMQ**) and cloud patterns (AWS or GCP).

• - **Infrastructure and Cloud:** Knowledge of container technologies (**Docker, Kubernetes**) and *Serverless* models (AWS Lambda).

• - **Databases:** Practical experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL).

• - **DevOps Culture:** Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar) and version control with Git/GitHub.

• - **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills and ease in working with multifunctional, distributed, and diverse teams.
