This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop applications on the ServiceNow platform;

• Create and maintain workflows and automated processes;

• Design APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems;

• Perform customizations and enhancements on the platform;

• Address incidents and support existing solutions;

• Participate in defining and implementing scalable architectures;

• Provide technical support to the team on more complex requests;

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and technical and functional documentation;

• Contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in development on the ServiceNow platform;

• Advanced knowledge in ITSM;

• Experience with Flow Designer;

• Experience with IntegrationHub;

• Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations;

• Experience with Script Include;

• Familiarity with UI Builder;

• Experience with Transform Maps and Import Sets;

• Background in customizations, application development, and complex integrations;

• Experience with App Engine;

• Knowledge in ITAM and CSM;

• Experience with integrations with Jira and SAP;

• Knowledge of RPCanvas;

• Experience in process automation and generative AI applied to ServiceNow;

• Involvement in migration and digital transformation projects;

• Strong technical and analytical skills;

• Collaborative profile with a problem-solving orientation;

• Autonomy in decision-making and managing complex demands;

• Ability to technically lead initiatives and support team development;

• Understanding of architecture, scalability, and best development practices;
