This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Ensure the translation of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements into functional and high-quality software.

• Guide the development team in implementation and ensure technical excellence in every line of code.

• Design and develop the most technically complex components of the MVP.

• Establish and enforce coding standards to facilitate maintainability and scalability.

• Lead code reviews to guarantee maintainable, efficient, and secure software.

• Work with the QA Innovation Lead to facilitate test automation.

• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to ensure adherence to the defined architecture.

• Partner with Product Owners and other stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources.

• Monitor development progress and manage risks.

• Ensure effective compliance with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Implement and oversee code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.

• Make decisions regarding software architecture, technologies, and coding standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6 or higher.

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core.

• Expertise in C#.

• Experience with Entity Framework Core.

• Background in developing REST APIs.

• Familiarity with React.

• Experience with Vue.js.

• Understanding of JavaScript ES6+.

• Knowledge of TypeScript.

• Proficient in HTML5.

• Knowledgeable in CSS3.

• Familiarity with Bootstrap or Material UI.

• Understanding of software quality principles.

• Awareness of best engineering practices.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Systems, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions for the financial sector.
