This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Implement dynamic user interfaces utilizing Angular as the core technology, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Define and apply advanced design patterns to ensure the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Enhance software quality by executing Developer Testing (unit, integration, and E2E tests), minimizing technical debt from the outset of code development.
• Ensure application security by adhering to international standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR) and efficiently managing secrets.
• Automate deployment processes by collaborating in the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and complex version control strategies.
• Design container-based solutions (Docker/Kubernetes), optimizing images to improve service portability and efficiency.
• Actively collaborate with Chapters and CoEs to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Monitor system performance under SRE principles, proactively identifying alerts and responding to incidents with a continuous improvement approach.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Frontend development roles in corporate or Fintech environments, with exposure to distributed architectures.
• Expert proficiency in Angular (70% of the role) and solid knowledge in Java (30% for support and understanding of backend logic).
• In-depth understanding of Clean Code, Refactoring, Modularity, and selection of design patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of Git, container solution design, and cloud component management.
• Design and optimization of Relational (SQL) and Non-Relational (NoSQL) models.
• Design of secure APIs and familiarity with messaging patterns.
• Experience working within agile frameworks and a DevSecOps culture.
