📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable backend services for conversational AI solutions.

• Implement real-time voice model orchestration through persistent connections.

• Create asynchronous business logic for conversational flows and tool execution (tool-calling).

• Implement and manage WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE) connections.

• Integrate enterprise APIs and external systems in a bidirectional manner.

• Optimize response times and latency in streaming and voice applications.

• Design and maintain transactional databases and persistence structures.

• Participate in cloud deployments and infrastructure automation.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, observability, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development, preferably in cloud or real-time solutions.

• Advanced experience in Python.

• Proficiency in backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.

• Experience with asynchronous programming (async/await).

• Solid knowledge of WebSockets and HTTP SSE.

• Experience in developing REST APIs and integration services.

• Management of transactional SQL databases.

• Experience with cloud deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Familiarity with: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and Terraform.

• Experience working with scalable architectures and microservices.

• Desirable: Experience in generative AI projects or conversational agents.

• Knowledge of integrating LLM models.

• Experience with real-time voice systems.

• Proficient in Docker and CI/CD.

• Knowledge in observability and monitoring.

• Experience in high-concurrency environments.
