This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage both productive and non-productive incidents

• Conduct root cause analysis

• Restore services and correct code

• Implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure documentation and adherence to SLAs

• Develop scripts or temporary solutions

• Support deployments and create knowledge base articles

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Application monitoring and diagnostics

• Scripting skills

• Incident management

• Knowledge of ITIL

• Troubleshooting expertise

• Familiarity with ticketing tools

• CI/CD experience

• Basic automation skills

• Proficiency in AB Initio

• Experience with Oracle Database

• SQL knowledge

• Understanding of log analysis and debugging

• Version control management (Git)

• Experience in application support

• Management of critical incidents and resolution of failures in production environments
