• Establish the editorial vision for motorcycle content

• Lead a team of writers effectively

• Ensure that all published materials adhere to high-quality standards

• Blend direct writing and editing responsibilities with team leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated editorial leader with a background in managing a content vertical or team

• Extensive knowledge of the motorcycle sector — encompassing cruisers, sport bikes, and ADV riding

• Keen editorial insight capable of spotting compelling story angles and acting swiftly

• Collaborative leader skilled in mentoring writers and enhancing the overall quality of the team

• Comfortable in a dynamic digital media environment

• Proficient writing and editing abilities across news, reviews, and long-form content

• Experience with content strategies driven by Discover/SEO and understanding of performance metrics

• Knowledgeable about CMS platforms and digital publishing processes

• Ability to coordinate editorial calendars and consistently meet deadlines
