This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the operational and strategic foundation for the Transformational Classroom and Teacher Development Working Group.
• Design and enhance team operating rhythms, meeting formats, and communication methods.
• Oversee calendars, workstreams, and shared objectives within the working group.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up actions.
• Create systems for project tracking, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Streamline operational processes and alleviate administrative burdens.
• Monitor priorities and ensure accountability for working group commitments.
• Draft communications, reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Anticipate the needs of the working group and address operational challenges.
• Facilitate team check-ins and reflection sessions.
• Create opportunities for shared learning and ongoing improvement.
• Support team engagement, collaborative leadership, and trust among diverse perspectives.
• Write, design, and edit communications for both internal and external audiences.
• Conduct interviews, research, take notes, and synthesize findings.
• Plan and monitor multiple projects and workstreams.
• Translate complex educational concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
• Develop and nurture relationships with partners across the organization and network.
• Coordinate communication across various teams, geographies, and time zones.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and collaborative problem-solving.
• Promote culturally responsive collaboration and inclusive decision-making.
• Link people, projects, and ideas throughout the global organization and network.
• Lead or co-lead essential cross-functional initiatives.
• Create project plans and implementation strategies.
• Manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate contributors across different regions and functions.
• Track deliverables and ensure accountability.
• Oversee project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate project governance and decision-making.
• Experience as a transformational teacher is preferred.
• Familiarity with Teaching as Collective Leadership.
• Excellent skills in project and people coordination.
• Proficient in relationship-building, design-thinking, and communication/writing.
• Vision-oriented, adaptable, and collective leadership style.
• Strong organizational abilities with remarkable attention to detail.
• Experience in designing and enhancing operational systems.
