Deputy Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive policy research and create detailed deliverables.

• Manage projects within the scope of policy and program execution.

• Handle multiple project tasks while maintaining deadlines and quality benchmarks.

• Develop intricate policy papers, presentations, and other written documents with minimal oversight.

• Coordinate work schedules and monitor deliverables across diverse assignments.

• Facilitate meetings, outreach, and efforts towards stakeholder alignment.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and management, propose solutions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Lead teams effectively and delegate tasks as necessary.

• Occasionally travel for company events, meetings, and client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

• Minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in health policy.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities and project management expertise.

• Strong experience in client relationship management.

• Familiarity and experience with programs and policies affecting Medicaid beneficiaries.

• Capability to lead and delegate within teams effectively.

• Availability to work during Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zone business hours.
