Deposit Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute various tasks within the Bank Operations Wires and Instant Payments team.

• Facilitate both domestic and international wire transfers.

• Conduct research and review for wire investigations.

• Provide support for the RTP and FedNow payment systems.

• Apply knowledge of relevant state and federal banking compliance regulations.

• Ensure adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, and processes, as well as applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations.

• Guarantee client satisfaction through exceptional knowledge, courtesy, and accuracy in customer transactions.

• Proactively identify and adjust procedures to enhance service levels and promote operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.

• Intermediate knowledge and training in branch operation activities, terminology, and products and services related to retail and commercial account customers.

• Familiarity with various Fed types, subtypes, and field tags.

• Understanding of SWIFT field tags.

• Capability to comprehend and analyze large volumes of data.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Outlook.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to follow instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, compose reports and correspondence, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

• Detail-oriented; able to quickly identify irregularities.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Flexibility to work nontraditional banking hours as required.
