Deposit and Liquidity Product Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a proactive strategy for liquidity and deposit products.

• Provide capabilities that foster growth in core operating deposits.

• Oversee the comprehensive management of liquidity products.

• Assist the CPLS Pricing team in creating pricing frameworks.

• Improve digital and self-service functionalities within the M&T Treasury Center.

• Ensure compliance of all products with M&T’s robust risk management culture.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of product managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 12 years of experience in treasury management, liquidity, or commercial payments and/or related product lines.

• Alternatively, a combined minimum of 16 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience, including at least 12 years in treasury management, liquidity, or commercial payments and/or related product lines.

• 7 years of managerial and/or project management experience in relevant product lines.

• Strong financial analysis capabilities, encompassing cash flow and elements of product profitability.

• Exceptional development, analytical, and research skills.

• A broad network of industry and client contacts on a national level, along with extensive market intelligence.

• Specialized industry knowledge.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Proven principled leadership skills with a commitment to sound business ethics.

• A dedicated focus on customer service.

• Capability to utilize expert resources as needed.
