This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Prepare, set up, test, and package technology equipment designated for deployment.

• Perform quality assurance evaluations on 360 Pro systems and their peripheral hardware.

• Ensure that credit card terminals are correctly set up and operating as intended.

• Assist with warehouse operations, including packaging, labeling, organizing, and shipping equipment.

• Identify and address common preparation challenges, while independently supporting in-house and field deployment requirements.

• Aid deployment technicians with issues related to credit card terminals during the deployment process.

• Work in collaboration with external technical support teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in POS systems, field installation, technical support, or a similar technical field.

• Basic understanding of computer systems and hardware.

• Competence in basic network configuration, including IP settings.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to carry out routine staging, configuration, testing, packaging, and quality control tasks with minimal supervision.

• Ability to perform standard field deployment tasks when necessary.

• Self-driven with a proactive attitude towards learning, task completion, and problem-solving.

• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work.

• Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight.

• Professional interaction with management, deployment technicians, warehouse personnel, and Client Services.

• Physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.

• Possess a valid Arizona driver's license.
