Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor, empowering crypto businesses to optimize the use of our platform within their investigative, supervisory, risk, and compliance functions.

• Clearly articulate intricate technical and investigative concepts, assisting customer teams in analyzing blockchain data, constructing cases, and carrying out financial crime investigations.

• Create and present product demonstrations customized for investigators, analysts, compliance officers, supervisors, and risk teams within the private sector, illustrating how TRM can be applied in real-world scenarios to uncover networks, trace financial flows, and combat financial crime.

• Facilitate structured training sessions to ensure TRM is integrated into clients’ daily investigative and compliance operations.

• Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” relaying client feedback to product and engineering teams to shape product development.

• Track customer engagement and usage patterns, pinpointing risks and opportunities to achieve measurable results.

• Proactively recognize early signs of churn risk and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.

• Establish a regular engagement schedule with customer stakeholders to comprehend institutional priorities, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks, addressing challenges proactively before they escalate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience, preferably within crypto businesses or financial institutions — ideally in compliance, investigative, or client-facing roles.

• Proficient in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Polish is a plus.

• Practical experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics, preferably in a compliance or investigative context; a strong desire to enhance expertise in these areas is crucial.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize key issues, and provide actionable solutions.

• Outstanding attention to detail and diligence, especially in regulatory and investigative environments.

• Skill in simplifying and conveying complex technical and investigative concepts to a variety of stakeholders, from compliance officers to senior executives.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic settings where regulatory expectations and priorities can shift rapidly.

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to influence results in cross-functional environments.

• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, training sessions, or events.
