Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the successful implementation and real-world impact of Palantir Foundry for clients.

• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ most pressing operational challenges and convert those needs into efficient workflows.

• Collaborate closely with client teams throughout the organization to comprehend decision-making processes.

• Steer deployments from initial problem identification through to execution, ensuring solutions are adopted, trusted, and effective.

• Engage stakeholders through workshops and interviews to grasp business processes and objectives.

• Create capabilities that yield impact by identifying how Foundry can address business challenges.

• Manage the governance framework for deployments.

• Promote user adoption through training and sustained collaboration with end users.

• Extract insights from the field to provide recommendations on best practices.

• Identify potential engagements in new industries and expanding geographical areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid understanding of software and data concepts.

• Proficiency in writing functional code, architecting solutions, and resolving technical issues alongside Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).

• Strategic thinking ability regarding client challenges and the development of innovative solutions.

• Knowledge of business principles and the capacity to translate technical capabilities into business value.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present intricate information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated project management skills, including experience in developing and executing project plans.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
