This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and interviews throughout the client's organization to gain a thorough understanding of their business operations, pain points, strategic objectives, and data environment.
• Create capabilities that drive meaningful impact within the client’s organization by identifying how Foundry can address business challenges.
• Manage the governance framework for deployments, ensuring that there is a collective comprehension of objectives, scope, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate the value generated throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Promote user adoption through training, removing obstacles, and maintaining a lasting partnership with end users.
• Cultivate relationships with executives, operators, and technical leads; align teams around common goals; and navigate conflicting priorities to ensure delivery remains outcome-focused.
• Define and assess the impact of deployments, demonstrating the value provided to clients.
• Extract insights from the field to offer concrete recommendations on Ethicrithm’s practices.
• Visit client operators on-site to understand critical questions they face and identify their highest-impact challenges firsthand.
• Identify the most relevant datasets by deeply engaging with client workflows and understanding how data relates to the decisions clients aim to enhance.
• Explore potential engagements in new industries and expanding regions, contributing to the strategic direction of Ethicrithm.
• A solid understanding of software and data concepts.
• Capability to write functional code, architect solutions, and resolve technical issues alongside Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
• Ability to think strategically about client challenges and devise innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of business principles and the capacity to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including experience in developing and executing project plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in designing and delivering technical solutions (preferred).
• Extensive experience working with data (analysis, modeling, data engineering) (preferred).
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry / AIP (preferred).
• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript (preferred).
