Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic customers to gain a deep understanding of their AI transformation objectives and identify their primary challenges, especially related to customer-facing and operational workflows utilizing AI agents.

• Take complete ownership of flagship deals from start to finish — from pinpointing the appropriate use case to formulating commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and successfully closing them.

• Immerse yourself in the operations of strategic customers: serve as a reliable partner with a dedicated account, invest substantial time onsite, and take responsibility for delivery outcomes as if you were part of their organization.

• Discover high-impact use cases through close collaboration with customer issues and workflows, and work together with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring these ideas to fruition.

• Advise customers on best practices for implementing our products (e.g., ElevenAgents); covering agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to enhance adoption and effectiveness.

• Explore potential applications in new industries and broaden our AI solutions across various sectors worldwide.

• Present our project outcomes and proposals for future initiatives to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.

• Partner with our Research teams to relay field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, contributing to the development roadmap.

• Create and deliver engaging demonstrations of ElevenAgents and our wider AI technology to both new and existing clients.

• Work collaboratively on a daily basis with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure that agents achieve production and produce measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role. Experience with enterprise customers is highly preferred.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial instincts: comfortable engaging in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles in collaboration with GTM partners.

• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, adequate for prototyping, demonstrating, and effectively communicating with engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities; particularly skilled in simplifying complex technical concepts and structuring clear logic to achieve optimal solutions.

• A proven history of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering successful outcomes.

• Flexibility to work across various customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

• Technical knowledge and familiarity with common LLM, tools, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to creatively align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.
