Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Engage with key customers to thoroughly comprehend their AI transformation objectives and identify their primary challenges, especially regarding customer-facing and operational workflows enhanced by AI agents.

• Take ownership of flagship deals from start to finish — from pinpointing suitable use cases to structuring commercial arrangements (including outcome-based pricing, licensing fees, and implementation plans) and facilitating the closing process.

• Immerse yourself within strategic client environments: function as a trusted partner with a designated account, invest significant time on-site, and take charge of delivery outcomes as if you were an integral part of their team.

• Discover high-impact use cases through close collaboration with customer challenges and workflows, working alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring these use cases to fruition.

• Advise customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g., ElevenAgents); covering agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to maximize adoption and effectiveness.

• Explore potential applications in new industries and broaden our AI solutions across various sectors worldwide.

• Present the outcomes of our work and proposals for future initiatives to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with our Research teams to relay field insights back to ElevenLabs' platform and models, influencing the development roadmap.

• Create and deliver engaging demonstrations of ElevenAgents and our wider AI technology to both new and existing clients.

• Work daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents are deployed effectively and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical role with customers. Direct experience with enterprise clients is preferred.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial instincts: comfortable engaging in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales processes alongside go-to-market partners.

• Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with API integration, adequate for prototyping, demonstrating, and effectively communicating with engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities; particularly skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts and organizing clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.

• A demonstrated history of taking ownership of intricate, ambiguous projects and delivering successful outcomes.

• Flexibility to work across various customer environments, industries, and technical applications.

• Technical proficiency and understanding of common LLMs, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

• Ability to creatively align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Multi-lingual: Proficient in Mandarin and English.
