Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic customers to comprehend their essential audio and voice AI requirements and identify their primary challenges.

• Discover pertinent use cases through thorough involvement with customer issues and workflows, collaborating with Engineers to integrate our voice and audio AI technology into creative solutions.

• Design and construct customized integrations for clients, ensuring our technology integrates effortlessly into their products and operations.

• Advise customers on best practices for deploying our voice and audio AI models to enhance their effectiveness.

• Showcase the outcomes of our efforts and propose future initiatives to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.

• Work in conjunction with our Research and Product teams to infuse field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and AI models.

• Create and present engaging demonstrations of our voice and audio AI technology to both new and existing clients.

• Explore potential applications in new industries and broaden our AI solutions across various sectors globally.

• Take complete responsibility for the end-to-end execution of significant projects for our most strategic partners, actively working to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal deployment of ElevenLabs' technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience engaging with customers in a technical role. Participation in student clubs or side projects is acceptable, as long as there is a genuine interest in collaborating closely with clients.

• Basic proficiency in Python and a fundamental understanding of API integration to implement scripts and assist with prototyping or demo creation.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities, particularly in summarizing complex technical concepts and applying logic to achieve optimal solutions.

• A demonstrated history of taking ownership of intricate projects and delivering successful outcomes.

• Flexibility to operate across diverse customer environments and technical use cases.

• Technical aptitude to rapidly grasp our voice and audio AI models and their applications.
