Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the project CEO by crafting the PRD, prioritizing the engineering backlog, diligently managing project scope, and acting as the main hands-on QA tester.

• Lead the FDE build team through an agile methodology, oversee all communications with stakeholders ranging from the C-suite to individual engineers, and serve as the escalation manager to resolve any technical or political challenges.

• Take ownership of the Day 0 launch, oversee the war room, and guide the solution from launch to complete adoption by gathering user feedback, iterating on the product, and demonstrating the defined business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as a Deployment Strategist OR 2+ years in a high-growth startup in a builder or founder role.

• At least 5 years in a senior, client-facing product or delivery position at a leading tech company or consultancy.

• Proven experience in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), managing agile software projects, writing PRDs, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
