Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take charge of complete customer interactions — from initial discovery, through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, to continuous value delivery.

• Perform blockchain investigations utilizing the Chainalysis platform by applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical methodologies to real-world customer challenges.

• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational goals and convert them into practical results.

• Design, create, and uphold customized workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data and products.

• Empower clients to independently use solutions — enhancing their capabilities so that Chainalysis becomes integral to their operational framework.

• Serve as the main technical and domain consultant for your clients, fostering trusted relationships through practical expertise and reliability.

• Provide live training sessions, demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Aid in pre-sales technical engagement for intricate and strategic deals — assisting clients in understanding possibilities and pathways to achieve them.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales teams to shape the product roadmap and enhance offerings based on field insights.

• Cultivate and disseminate domain expertise, investigative strategies, and best practices that elevate the capabilities of the broader GS team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience conducting or directly assisting in cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence tasks, or financial crime analysis in an operational setting.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and the application of on-chain data in investigations, compliance, or intelligence processes.

• Provided customer-facing technical solutions — whether through investigative results, data products, or analytical processes — in challenging, real-world contexts.

• Engaged directly with clients in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-related areas.

• Extracted insights from large or intricate datasets and conveyed findings to diverse audiences — ranging from analysts to executives.

• Thrived in fast-paced, ambiguous settings that demanded ownership, adaptability, and sound decision-making.

• Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development.

• Experience in creating notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, querying, and managing large datasets.

• Ability to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products.
