Deployment Strategist – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor, empowering regulators, financial institutions, and crypto enterprises to enhance the effectiveness of our platform within their supervisory, risk, and compliance operations.

• Clearly articulate intricate technical and investigative concepts, assisting customer teams in analyzing blockchain data, building cases, and performing financial crime investigations.

• Create and present product demonstrations specifically designed for compliance officers, analysts, supervisors, and risk teams within financial institutions, crypto enterprises, and regulatory agencies.

• Facilitate structured training sessions conducted in both English and Mandarin.

• Act as the "Voice of the Customer," relaying customer insights to product and engineering teams to shape product development.

• Track customer engagement and usage patterns, proactively spotting early indicators of churn risk and implementing effective strategies to mitigate them.

• Establish a regular engagement schedule with customer stakeholders to comprehend institutional priorities, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks.

• Actively identify and highlight opportunities for expansion and growth within customer accounts, collaborating with Account Directors to achieve TRM's Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience, preferably in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or regulatory agencies.

• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.

• Practical experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics, ideally in a compliance or investigative setting.

• Demonstrated ability to structure complex issues, prioritize critical matters, and deliver actionable solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and rigor, particularly in regulatory and investigative scenarios.

• Capability to distill and convey complex technical and investigative concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders, from compliance officers to senior executives.

• Strong collaboration abilities and the capacity to influence results in cross-functional environments.

• Willingness and capability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, training sessions, or events.
