This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior leader in operations and deployment, overseeing enterprise-wide coordination, governance, and management of EHR implementation and deployment activities.
• Provide support for ongoing enterprise operations by supervising Implementation, Deployment, Cohort Evaluation, Readiness Plan, as well as Go-Live and Onsite Incident Command.
• Implement and integrate the Oracle Millennium EHR across various locations.
• Create comprehensive deployment plans, test scripts, and cutover activities.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional deployment teams.
• Manage extensive IT/EHR deployments while juggling multiple priorities.
• Supervise healthcare data migration and patient record management.
• Promote process enhancements and innovative deployment strategies.
• Mentor and support team members through significant deployment challenges.
• Handle risk, resolve issues, and make decisions under pressure.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both clinical and non-technical personnel.
• Deliver presentations to large audiences and key stakeholders.
• Capability to obtain and sustain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust level.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and integrating the Oracle Millennium EHR across multiple sites.
• Profound knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare IT infrastructure, and federal health IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and best practices for deployment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional deployment teams effectively.
• Exceptional project management capabilities with experience in large-scale IT/EHR deployments.
• Proficient in developing detailed deployment plans, test scripts, and cutover activities.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, and EHR principles.
• Background in healthcare data migration and patient record management.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to both clinical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years working with the Federal Government.
• 7–10+ years of experience in implementing Health IT solutions, including the Oracle Millennium EHR.
• Experience in data analytics and reporting using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Meaningful Use, HIPAA, and healthcare data security requirements.
• Experience working with tribal healthcare facilities or IHS programs.
• Understanding of IHS policies and federal healthcare regulations.
• A Master’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Experience in presenting to large groups or key stakeholders is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms is preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, or SAFe Agile certifications are preferred.
