• Oversee and provide support to a team of administrative managers (approximately 10 staff members).
• Coordinate and assess the team's activities to meet established goals.
• Inspire, motivate, and enhance team dynamics.
• Facilitate positioning and performance review meetings with the managers in your department.
• Conduct performance evaluations, establish individual objectives, and identify support and training needs.
• Foster the development of your team members' skills and ensure their growth.
• Manage the service's activities utilizing supervision tools and prepare reports.
• Stay informed about advancements in your field of expertise.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in projects aimed at optimizing the organization of activities (processes, tools, information systems) or in cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated initial experience in frontline management, preferably in customer relations or a call center environment.
• A strong managerial inclination coupled with a sense of leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organizational skills, adaptability, and an analytical mindset.
