This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist a dynamic dental practice as a Dental Virtual Assistant.
• Schedule appointments and send patient reminders.
• Manage patient records and organize data efficiently.
• Address patient inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal team members.
• Compile medical research and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Prepare documents including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Manage emails and texts by sorting, prioritizing, responding, and handling newsletters.
• Provide billing support and administrative assistance.
• Support providers and coordinate patient care effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or dental administrative roles.
• Solid understanding of medical/dental workflows and systems.
• Proficiency with tools like Planet DDS, Weave, VoIP systems, Slack, Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Skype.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized in approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to accurately manage KPIs, scheduling, and documentation.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems.
• Proactive and self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Relevant work experience is essential.
• Must submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding [mandatory].
