Dental Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Gather and verify patient insurance details.

• Liaise with insurance providers to confirm coverage and ensure that necessary procedures are included.

• Accurately input patient benefit data and verify the accuracy of existing information.

• Record notes regarding upcoming patient appointments.

• Collaborate with offices and Call Center Representatives to communicate any changes in patients’ insurance status.

• Conduct monthly eligibility follow-ups until the surgery has been completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dental PPO verification (Required).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Quick learner with a strong desire for professional development.

• Highly organized and analytical, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong skills in time management, solution-oriented thinking, self-motivation, critical thinking, and prioritization.

• Open to coaching, receptive to new ideas, and eager for growth opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.

• Outstanding customer service abilities, professionalism, and maturity.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, with the capability to work with spreadsheets.

• At least 3 years of experience in the dental field and familiarity with dental terminology.

• Previous experience in insurance is preferred.
