This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Drive sales for Dental Solutions by collaborating with district colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business through personal initiatives and referrals from territory representatives and equipment specialists.
• Enhance personal expertise in key areas of Solutions.
• Build productive relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco team members.
• Act as a consultant to assist dentists in expanding their practices.
• Lead designated territory representatives and equipment specialists to achieve shared sales objectives.
• Create and execute sales strategies that promote the growth of Dental Solutions in the assigned district.
• Maintain current business while seeking new opportunities.
• Oversee sales initiatives with assigned clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
• Co-travel with sales representatives and vendors to identify opportunities.
• Formulate strategies for personal, regional, and district promotional objectives.
• Educate the Benco Sales Team on Dental Solutions products and their impact on practice profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, including the preparation and presentation of quotes and following leads through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with territory representatives and Equipment Specialists to identify prospects, close sales, and uncover opportunities through referrals and testimonials.
• Manage the Dental Solutions sales pipeline and engage in regional and district meetings and calls.
• Inform customers about new Solutions products and industry trends.
• Recognize customer objectives, assist in achieving them, and enhance customer profitability.
• Support Benco teammates in addressing customer and internal issues.
• Take part in regional, district, and company sales meetings.
• Monitor competitor activities.
• A strong willingness to learn and sell advanced solutions.
• Capability to establish and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain focused and motivated, and engage a sales district.

• Proficient in computer skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Degree in Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in dental/medical sales or a comparable field.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver's license.
