Dental Hygienist Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with managers to evaluate needs and create a recruitment strategy

• Initiate requisitions and advertise job openings

• Seek out licensed Hygienists utilizing various recruiting tools, methods, and social media platforms

• Assess and qualify candidates, providing interview recommendations

• Partner with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs

• Participate in job fairs as necessary

• Oversee the candidate selection and interview process

• Handle negotiation, closing, and onboarding aspects of candidate and new hire relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a strategic, fast-paced environment

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Proficient in recruiting systems and Excel

• Ideal candidate should be located in Central or Eastern Standard Time

• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events

• Experience in sourcing licensed Hygienists

• Must be available to work in the specified locations within the United States
