Dental Hygienist, Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with management to evaluate needs and formulate a recruitment strategy.

• Initiate job requisitions and advertise job openings.

• Utilize various recruiting and sourcing tools, methods, and social media platforms to locate licensed Hygienists.

• Evaluate and qualify candidates, providing recommendations for interviews.

• Partner with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs.

• Participate in job fairs as necessary.

• Oversee the candidate selection and interview process.

• Handle negotiation, onboarding, and maintain relations with candidates and new hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a strategic, high-energy environment.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in recruiting systems and Excel.

• Ideal candidates should be located in the Central or Eastern Standard Time zones.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events.
