Dental CBO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage all claims within a specified timeframe.

• Update the status of all open claims and address any issues through the portal or by making phone calls to determine the reasons for unpaid claims.

• The RCM team is dedicated to taking every necessary step to ensure claims are completed and payments are received.

• Effectively communicate with offices and provide completed reports to them.

• Ability to comprehend and clearly convey insurance regulations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Highly organized, accurate, and meticulous.

• Flexible; readily modifies work schedule to adapt to changes in the work environment and effectively manages competing priorities.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• High School Diploma required; advanced degree preferred.

• Preferred experience of three to five years in commercial insurance or Medicaid.

• Previous experience in a medical or dental practice is a plus.

• Familiarity with a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Proficient with dental or medical software, with Dentrix being preferred.
