Demo Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical processes involved in creating pilots, proof-of-concepts, and customized demonstrations by establishing environments, workflows, seed data, and features to develop technically accurate experiences for prospects, including virtual agents and live agent assistance.

• Broaden and improve our collection of standardized environments to effectively showcase customer challenges and Cresta’s solutions through innovative end-to-end demos, supported by call flows, industries, scenarios, and personas.

• Ensure the functionality, reliability, and uniformity of demo environments, stepping in as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues that hinder demos.

• Create integrations, automations, and tools to enhance team processes and increase demo capabilities, encompassing CCaaS/CRM connectors, AI skills, and custom applications and interfaces.

• Work in partnership with the Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to deliver technical support to Solutions Engineers and ensure that presales feedback is collected.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in demo engineering, solutions architecture, integrations/implementation engineering, or similar technical product roles.

• A solid understanding of essential technical concepts, including REST APIs, authentication patterns, Git, relational databases, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash/Shell).

• A demonstrated high-agency ownership mindset, with the capability to utilize tools and data to independently troubleshoot issues, identify gaps, and develop solutions.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and the capacity to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
