• Take ownership of the demand generation and outreach initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and enhance multi-channel engagement strategies.
• Daily monitoring of ZoomInfo GTM signals.
• Create and sustain prioritized target lists.
• Craft compelling cadence content.
• Utilize A/B testing and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to establish HubSpot engagement scoring.
• Synchronize cadences with live marketing efforts.
• Evaluate engaged contacts against established ICP and intent criteria.
• Provide weekly reports on cadence effectiveness and funnel transitions.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B demand generation and outreach.
• Outstanding copywriting and communication abilities.
• Proficient in HubSpot Sales Hub.
• Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with intent data or GTM signal analysis tools.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing concepts.
• Comfortable meeting conversion objectives.
