This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-driven tools, encompassing emails, nurture programs, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
• Oversee audience segmentation, data uploads, and database management to guarantee data integrity and campaign success.
• Facilitate the promotion and execution of both digital and in-person events through well-coordinated multichannel marketing efforts.
• Organize and manage both Everbridge-hosted and third-party events that our Sales teams attend across EMEA.
• Track and evaluate campaign and event performance, offering insights and suggestions to enhance ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Resolve campaign, workflow, and data-related challenges to ensure seamless execution and accurate reporting.
• Continuously enhance your understanding of MarTech, Salesforce, Marketo, and AI tools to modernize and optimize demand generation initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with international marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
• Preferred: Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce, including knowledge of campaign and data workflows.
• Familiarity with AI, MarTech, analytics, or reporting tools, along with a curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn new technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to advance into more sophisticated demand generation or marketing operations roles.
• Experience working in remote or international teams is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or a related field is preferred.
