This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Generate marketing-driven pipeline for the sales team, prioritizing qualified opportunities over mere lead volume.
• Implement and refine the demand generation strategy via campaigns, experiments, and funnel initiatives.
• Strategically plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, etc.) to enhance both pipeline volume and quality.
• Oversee conversion rate optimization throughout the funnel, including website, landing pages, and demo flows.
• Examine the buyer journey and pinpoint drop-offs from traffic to lead, meeting, and pipeline stages.
• Develop and enhance commercial/high-intent pages that facilitate conversions, rather than just providing educational content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on demand generation performance to achieve improved results.
• Leverage funnel metrics to model performance and inform decision-making regarding inputs and outputs.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline for US/North American markets.
• Familiarity with mid-market and enterprise environments (50k+ ACV).
• Strong expertise in pipeline generation and building funnels (beyond just traffic or leads).
• Extensive experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficient in executing across various channels (LinkedIn, email, paid, etc.).
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales on lead quality and conversion metrics.
• Excellent analytical skills — capable of modeling funnel performance and pipeline results.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, with HubSpot being preferred.
