This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement integrated demand generation campaigns utilizing paid search, paid social, content syndication, email nurtures, webinars, and both virtual and in-person events.
β’ Oversee the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across various channels to enhance conversion rates, lead quality, and cost efficiency.
β’ Assist in crafting campaign briefs and work closely with content, product marketing, and design teams to create demand-generating assets that resonate with target buyer personas.
β’ Establish a structured feedback mechanism with BDR and Sales teams regarding lead quality, follow-up strategies, and conversion metrics.
β’ Create and sustain campaign performance reports that include MQL volume, sourced pipeline, channel ROI, and cost per lead.
β’ Aid in evaluating and testing new channels and strategies pertinent to the B2B finance and technology sectors.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in B2B demand generation.
β’ Proficient in the essential demand generation tools, including paid search, paid social, marketing automation, and Salesforce.
β’ Familiarity with web analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
β’ Basic understanding of B2B buyer journeys and concepts related to intent-based marketing.
β’ Capability to write performance-driven copy and offer creative guidance to design and content teams.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple programs concurrently.
β’ Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across sales, operations, and content teams.
