This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that are in line with revenue objectives and target audiences.

β€’ Take ownership of the complete campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, and optimization in areas such as paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, and events.

β€’ Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to transform value propositions into effective campaigns.

β€’ Work alongside Sales and RevOps to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), manage the lead lifecycle, and enhance the conversion from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).

β€’ Develop and oversee campaign calendars, budgets, and forecasts.

β€’ Evaluate performance using funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROI) and provide actionable insights.

β€’ Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to continually enhance messaging, channels, and conversion rates.

β€’ Manage external vendors and agencies as required.

β€’ Ensure data integrity and consistent attribution across various systems.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology firms.

β€’ Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand initiatives.

β€’ Strong practical experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo integrated with Salesforce).

β€’ Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data, generate reports, and make informed decisions based on data.

β€’ Outstanding project management and collaborative skills across functions.

β€’ Essential: Previous experience working fully remotely, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience with US- or UK-based organizations.
