This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with revenue objectives and target audience profiles.
• Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, and optimization across various channels such as paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to convert value propositions into effective campaigns.
• Work alongside Sales and RevOps to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), manage the lead lifecycle, and enhance the MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain campaign calendars, budgets, and forecasts.
• Evaluate performance using funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to continually enhance messaging, channels, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as necessary.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent attribution across all systems.
• Experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand initiatives.
• Strong practical experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo integrated with Salesforce).
• Robust analytical capabilities, with a talent for interpreting data, generating reports, and making data-informed decisions.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Essential: Prior experience working fully remotely, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience with US- or UK-based companies.
