• Take charge of Dash0's demand generation strategy across various paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, and other emerging platforms tailored to technical audiences), establishing targets and overseeing budget distribution.
• Oversee and ensure accountability of our paid marketing agency — evaluating performance, questioning recommendations, and guaranteeing alignment with pipeline objectives.
• Design, implement, and enhance multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for both inbound and outbound go-to-market strategies.
• Initiate and refine landing pages, calls-to-action, and conversion processes to optimize lead quality and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

• Predict and manage the paid marketing budget, monitoring spend efficiency and presenting trade-offs to leadership.
• Work closely with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment with target segments, messaging, and sales priorities.
• Consistently conduct experiments — A/B testing on ad creatives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and variations of landing pages to enhance performance over time.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation or paid marketing within the B2B SaaS sector, preferably targeting technical buyers (developers, platform engineers, DevOps).
• Practical experience in managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, inclusive of budget oversight.
• Experience in managing relationships with external agencies — adept at briefing, challenging, and extracting optimal work from partners.
• Strong analytical capabilities — comfortable creating reports, calculating CAC/LTV, and making budget decisions based on data insights.
• Proficient in landing page optimization and conversion rate testing (utilizing A/B testing tools and CRO fundamentals).
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage).
• Exceptional communication skills in English; able to work independently in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity participation — you'll have ownership in what you're creating.
• Flexible, remote-first work culture with offices located in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich.
• €60/month allowance for phone and internet expenses.
• Benefits specific to location.
• A collaborative, fast-paced team environment with a builder mentality.
• Clear opportunities for career advancement and personal development.
