This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the daily management of paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager — overseeing campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and creative rotation.
• Analyze and enhance campaigns on a weekly basis to boost CAC, CPL, and ROAS; present performance insights and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on funnel metrics: impressions, clicks, CPL, MQL volume, and lead-to-SQL conversion rates.
• Keep up-to-date with best practices in paid media, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks to ensure Applause's programs remain competitive.
• Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of smaller events (such as trade shows) while managing all logistics, timelines, and deliverables; assist the Events Marketing Manager with tier-1 and tier-2 events.
• Organize pre-event promotional initiatives (including emails, social media posts, and paid boosts) and manage the events calendar, preparation documents, and post-event recap templates using Asana and Google Drive.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to establish follow-up workflows for leads post-event and verify accurate CRM attribution in HubSpot.
• Monitor event ROI metrics, including leads generated, meetings scheduled, pipeline created, and cost-per-lead associated with each event.
• 2–3+ years of marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Practical experience in managing paid media campaigns on at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM; comfortable using Asana or comparable project management tools.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple campaigns and event deadlines concurrently, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Ownership mentality — takes responsibility for results, not merely tasks; excels in a remote environment and collaborates effectively with Sales, Partnerships, and creative team members.
• Must be effective in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection of 50+ Mbps.
• Available to work an 8-hour shift between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST.
